Pilot terms
Clients remain responsible for all mandatory state, government, publication, licensing, registered-agent, certified-copy, rush, payment-processing and other third-party fees. Selection is by application; applying does not guarantee acceptance. Formation is subject to state approval, and availability may depend on jurisdiction and service fit. Brixen Filing Services is an administrative filing and document-preparation service—not a law firm, CPA firm, tax adviser, lender or government agency—and does not give legal or tax advice. Brixen does not currently act as registered agent; coordination or referral may be available.
