Brixen Filing Services LLC operates the BRIXEN FILING SERVICES brand.
Founding 10 applications
The application collects your name, email, optional phone and city, state, business name, business stage, intended entity type, a short business description, the help you need, whether an entity filing exists, an optional referral source, and your acknowledgments. We use it only to review your application and contact you about it. Applications are stored in our secured database, are not visible to other visitors and are never published. We do not collect SSNs, EINs or tax IDs, birth dates, bank or card details, ID documents, passwords or signatures through the application. Sensitive filing information is requested only after acceptance, through a more appropriate process.
Email inquiries
The website has no accounts, uploads or payments. If you email us at brixen225@gmail.com, we receive what you choose to send—typically your name, email address and message—in a standard business mailbox, and use it to respond and discuss a possible scope review. Ordinary email is not a guaranteed confidential channel. Please do not send Social Security numbers, EINs, ID documents, payment details, passwords or business files.
Educational tools
Checklist selections and resource choices stay in temporary page memory; they are not sent or saved by those tools.
Website delivery and external links
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Linked official websites have their own privacy practices.
Client work
Any engagement would be covered by a separate written agreement describing how client information is handled.
