Inquiries and engagement
You may contact us by email to request a scope review. Emailing us or using this website does not create a client relationship, filing or payment obligation. Any engagement requires a written scope, an agreed quote, your authorization and a separate agreement before paid work begins. Prices shown are planning estimates for scope discussion.
Fees and agency decisions
Government filing fees are separate from any Brixen assistance fee. The IRS issues EINs for free; apply directly at IRS.gov without Brixen. Brixen is not affiliated with the IRS. No filing approval, tax-exempt status, certification, grant or funding outcome is guaranteed.
Scope and choice
Kansas resident-agent service is a separate proposed annual service; appointments await qualifying office coverage, company authority, response readiness and a valid agreement. Tax-exemption application work and VA benefits claims assistance are outside our scope. Annual reporting programs require separate written consent and renewal terms, never automatic enrollment. No reminders or renewal billing are active.
